Service Description
An elegant updo tailored to your desired look — whether textured and effortless or refined and sleek. Every detail is placed with intention to ensure balance, comfort, and all-day wear. Hair must be clean and dry prior to your appointment. Wash and blow-dry services are not included and are available at an additional charge if needed.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. The retainer will be applied toward the total service balance. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the appointment may be eligible for a reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment will forfeit the retainer. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. Rescheduling is permitted once, with at least 7 days’ notice and subject to availability. If the makeup artist must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, every effort will be made to provide a replacement artist or reschedule the appointment. If neither option is possible, any amount paid will be refunded. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation and rescheduling terms.
